no clue... i took a signing that was completely crazy and disorganized... it postponed for 24 hours... I was called told it was def on... so finished printing... than as I am ready to leave and call to ck in i was told it had cancelled that morning....and i had to turn down work that was at the same time....

so I am interested in feedback about them...

I recently received a call for a signing for the next day, e-docs. I said I needed the docs by 3 p.m. to make the 7 p.m. appt. The next day the docs were not ready by 3:00 and I got a call late that night that they never got the docs. I never heard from them again. They sounded like they were on top of things, maybe just the lender or title company they work with is unreliable.

That would be my guess, too. I've had a positive experience with them. The craziness is often outside of the control of the ss.
