Fox Signing Service Non-Payment
Has anyone else had a problem getting paid by this Company? Did 2 signings in January, that I have not been paid for. My messages have gone unanswered, so I am getting a little frustrated! P.S. They are in PA. Thanks.

Yes I have. It took close to one month and reapeated calls She answered me in a email ,after a week of calling she said the check went out, then a week and a half later the check came

Yup, I just called on them, didn't go through the accounts payable dept, just pressed "0" to speak with someone. I got Bree. She said, "Oh, yeah, a check was cut for that already". She checked on it, and found that it was not sent. She didn't know why this one wasn't sent, but said she would send it out and would send out the other one that they hadn't cut yet...next week. We will see how long it takes to get paid.
Don't think I will be doing much with this company anymore. My invoices were from DECEMBER. This was the first and last time!

They owe me from last May! They paid me for one right after that. In Oct Rich called me and said the original check came back to them because the check had gotten jammed in the printer and my address was unreadable. He initiated the call and was very pleasant about it. He said he was reissuing the check and sending a copy of the original. Nothing came. I continued to call and invoice. I kept getting put into his voicemail and he never called back. I couldn't even find out if the check had been reissued. My last call, when Bree offered to put me on his VM I told that had been done several times before and how can I be reassured I would get a reponse and payment. She checked the file and saw the original check issued but no others. She said she would check into it. Nothing happened. I filed a complaint with the BBB and got the reponse from them that they do not get involved in the billing disputes but if more complaints came in they would look into it. I then got an email from Rich saying that He was sorry that I had not gotten either check (either?), let the BBB handle it and don't call them anymore. And that is where we are at. SO you can complain to the BBB and maybe they will step up their efforts or just continue to go after them. This company had always been easy to work with and I had a great converation with Rich when he did call. I just don't get this turnaround on how they treat their notaries.
