GBU? New Millenium Title Group

Hi gang, it's that end of the month rush! I just received an assignment from a Bob from New Millenium Title Group, out of Bloomington, MN for later this evening, a Countrywide package. It is a closing that is bit aways,but he met my fee, for the closing. Yay!!!! Just wanted to know if anyone else has worked with these guys before? All feedback is appreciated! You know how all the Bad and the Uglies can really come out towards the end of the month.

I'd work for Bob any day of the week, I'll take all I can get. He's a great guy to work for. I have one for him today myself.

I have done several for the New Millennium in Milwaukee with no problems. I just did my first with Bob's Branch. Too soon for payment, but he was very good to work with. He worked with me on all issues. Others from the Network stated he is good to work for.

Thanks Cassie and Lisa, I appreciate it. Only problem I've had was when I called the borrower, he wasn't aware of the scheduled closing for this evening, so let's cross our fingers.

We work with Bob and New Millenium quite a bit. They pay on time and fees are reasonable.
