HELP WITH PRINTING PDF

I have an HP1320TN. I received a PDF file which printed all on letter (I have selected "choose paper source". The bottom of certain pages are cut off so I went back to look at the screen and see if they needed to be printed on legal but it looks like it was scanned in that way. Am I missing something. Do I have a wrong setting or something. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the preferences set on the printer to select page source by pdf size?

If the scan shows the pages cut off, it was probably scanned incorrectly.

If you would like to forward the pdf, I'd be glad to take a look and give you an opinion. I will shred the contents of the file after review and I assure you that the private information will be kept private. I passed an FDLE background check just last month. blah, blah, blah.

I'm glad to help you, but need a little more info.

Uncheck "Choose paper source" and set printer properties to legal, then have another go at it with a dozen pages or so - if it still looks screwy, they probably scanned it in wrong. If that's the case, don't sweat it - just tell them to send a corrected file.
