HUD-1 Signature Line

Just came across HUD-1 statements for RMs that have signature lines for Widow on one and Married Couple on another one. Does this mean they have to sign here as well as under their own lines? Please help. Signings are later today. Thanks.

"Widow" and "Married Couple" seem pretty much mutually exclusive, don't you think? If she's a widow, there's not likely to be another spouse living to be t'other half of the "Married Couple".

Aren't the people's NAMES listed???
