I am new to the site but not a new Notary.

I just wanted to say hello to everyone. Is there anyone else here from Massachusetts?

I started reading the messages here the other day and I think it is great everyone has a place to learn and share from each other. Also a place to vent and warn each other.

Hi Nancy,

There are a few notaries from MA registered with NotRot. Are you also employed and supervised by a MA attorney so you can do loan closings? Ever since EO-455(04-04) was "enacted", notaries have had problems maintaining signing work in your state.

Howdy from Oregon! When I was little, and my mother

was teaching me the names of the states, my favorite was MassACHUsetts, because she would say "Gasundheit!" Your state brings me fond memories.
