Interesting email received...
Has anyone else gotten this one from EFS Title? I'm in their database but have never received a call from them. The email starts off with:
"Dear Closing Vendors:
Please be advised that Express Financial Services, Inc. (EFS) and our clients are anticipating above average volume for mid-month and month end in March.
Please be prepared for the increase in volume."

You can use the pm feature even when the square is not on there. You can also search for my name on the forum. Lots of my posts have links.
All you have to do is uncheck the "add link to my profile" box or check it.

Another typical snotty remark on this board. hcampersFL, why didn't you mind your business and let Brenda speak for herself? The question wasn't addressed to you.
I like reading most of what's on this board and the majority of posters are helpful and courteous. But some of you suffer chronic PMS or are socially challenged.
