International Notary

I got this email today from a client located in California. As a California certified notary I cannot do this, but does anyone have the answer?

Hi Joe

I found your services on line, and am wondering, if you are licensed to fly
to Mexico (Loreto) to notarize a document that two US Citizens need to sign.

If so, what would be your full day/travel rate for this service?

If not, do you know of anyone who might be able to help?

Much thanks Joe. Any information is hugely appreciated.

* You can email me privately if you would like.

Not sure about the legalities of it, but if they were near a U.S. consulate or embassy, they could certainly get it done there.

When I was in a similar situation I was told signers would have to see a notary in the American embassy or cross the border and meet a notary there
