LDSS, Inc. in Perris, CA

Has anyone had any recent experience with LDSS in Perris? I did a signing for them on 2/15 and have not yet received payment. I just accepted another signing but then when I tried to call them back with three different phone numbers, got "mail box full" and "no longer in service" messages.

They take 6 to 8 weeks to pay.

It looks like they just moved. It makes me nervous when you can't even leave a message with a company.

Shawna is the person I dealt with. She was nice till I contacted her to collect. I did 2 Reverse Mortgages. One they paid in 6 weeks and the other was almost 8 weeks. Some companies think that paying 6 to 8 weeks is ok and a collection call at 4 weeks is unnecessary. At least I got paid and the signings went smooth.

Same company. They just moved from Riverside to Perris. Takes Shawna about 6-8 weeks to pay. But on the other hand, I just did a signing fo her and I received my check the same day I did the signing. So go figure? She meets my fees and seems like a nice person. I've signed for her 3 or 4 times all this year.

Shawna is Tops in my book.

I have done many, many signings for Shawna and yes, she has just moved. It does take awhile sometimes to get paid, but she always pays and is a wonderful person to work with. No hand-holding, no fax-backs, no call before signing, during signing or after signing. Sometimes it's easier to e-mail her than it is calling. And you can always negotiate a good fee with LDSS.
