I have seen some talk about slow payers. Has that improved. What steps can I take to insure payment from this notary company? I am tempted to have my family who live there go there to pick up a check.....I too was told to wait 45 days. We are outside of that window. No surprise if you look at the other blogs.

Just got a check from them last week - 60 days after signing. It was dated end of Feb, but not sent until March 15th.

I believe they really are located in Illinois and just use that as a mailing address. Their telephone # is an 847 area code and that definately is IL.

I have done 2 for them in the last 3 months. I was paid in 30 days both times. No problems at all.

Well I hope that they can just send it soon. I have about 11 that are overdue and that many becomes a problem. This is just one company. and they are the longest out.
