Isn't this the guy who made a ton of pay promises & reneged?

I, too, searched, but didn't come up with the thread on it. But, if memory serves, there were a lot of complaints & he seemed to only be paying a few who he thought he might need in the future. Maybe some of those who haven't been paid yet will post as to what's happening now.

Now that you've asked Lee...

I filed with BBB, Chris failed to respond and BBB closed the file. Then I filed with the Cali Dept of Consumer Affairs and they replied that I should file with the Cali AG's office which I did. Unfortunately I got a reply from the AG's office that stated this is out of their scope and they suggested I file a Small Claims against Chris and that's my next step. I guess I'll find out if that's possible in another state but having read this board for sooooo long I have seen where others have done this and successfully gotten a judgment. If I can get the judgment here in Tennessee I have a process server lined up in Cali. This is probably one of those "write offs" but it burns my buns to let LoanSigners, Inc. to get away with this!
