MIDSOUTH CLOSING in GALLATIN, TN

Hi everyone - I usually sit back and read at this forum, but I need to ask a question. Bob Murphy is the owner of Midsouth Closing Services, LLC. He owes me a chunk of money for several closings. Can't get the guy to respond to faxes or calls. Please advise me the best way to collect as I have never had to deal with this kind of problem before. I guess I have been lucky about getting paid until now.

Not familiar w/Midsouth, but since you're about 125 miles from them, you should make the drive to collect in person. I would if it were MY 'chunk 'o money'.

never heard of them, where are you in AL? Please feel free to contact me via e-m, im or phone. I'll tell you what I have done in the past to get my fees. Thankfully, going into 3 years with this, I've only had to get ugly three times.
