Doing a search for docs that need a notarized signature for your state will give you ideas of where or who to market to. Also, if you havent already, obtain Laura Vestanen's book "Marketing Yourself as a Mobile Notary." And get creative. You'd be surprised who would need your services.

Ok - I have put in several "searches" I must be a dummy - what words do I put in to search? What I'm using doesn't work well!! UG

I dont remember exactly what I was searching for at the time. Try just typing your "state" and "notary". If I remember correctly, I looked through several pages before I came up with anything. It was a long process, that I remember.

Settlement Agent, signing agent, notary public, mobile notary, settlement services, etc....
