My wondering
I have read many times along the lines seeing people post that they have not just one but multiple signings booked as far as a week in advance. The most advance schedule I have in almost 3 yrs is 2 days. How do you and who have such far out signing schedule?

I have wondered the same. I only have one company that has given me more than 48 hour notice. I signed up with First American Signing Services and they are fantastic to schedule ahead. I booked one on a Friday for the following Thursday. And IF they ever have a last minute/rush signing (which is often, but it does happen), I do EVERYTHING I can do accommodate. I love to work with them. They are quick, responsive, and pay well and promptly.

Re: Advance Signings
Industry Partners and ECS are two that quickly come to mind for being companies that will at times book as far as a week in advance. This is does guarantee, however, that those edocs will arrive more than 2 hours before the scheduled signing.
I find that there seem to be more advance signing requests coming in lately, perhaps some companies are finding it easier to pre-book than to scramble the same day to find a signing agent.

Re: Advance Signings
My experience has been that the ones that schedule really early are often cancelled at the last moment (JMT Docs comes to mind here )

Actually, I don't care if the schedule on the same day - I just need dox earlier than 2 hours ahead 'cause I live in the WAY country, and everything's about an hour away for me.

Re: Advance Signings
I've had a couple recently like that. Last month 1 was 10 days notice and right now I have 1 scheduled for 3/30 that I got last fri! It does seem weird, and I really don't like them THAT far in advance. I keep feeling like I'm forgetting one, only it just isn't time yet. A day or 2 is nice though

I have a client who books me anywhere from 3 to 5 days in advance. I've done about a dozen for them so far, and none were ever canceled. The scheduler apologized to me once for calling on "short notice" - it had to be done the next day...
They're also the most organized I've seen; borrowers know exactly what to expect and there are no surprises. Gems like these are hard to find.
