WOOHOO! to Harry & staff. Checked my profile and there I am with the NP checked!
Gotta love this website.

Does anyone know whether they've fixed the problem with

not being able to get a Level 1 check? I have the NNA certification and should be able to get the Level 1, but every time I tried I was only offered the Level 3.

Did you fill out the application? After you have it filled out, it gives you the choice. I spent a few hours agonizing over it myself until I just fill out the form. I just now filled mine out.

We're still not seeing the problem you've described. We've checked this in about every way we can think of and Level 1 always comes up for us provided the appropriate box is checked on page 1 and the corresponding information is completed.

Thanks, Harry. I'll give it another go, and will even take screen shots if I still see the problem.
