I've worked with them quite a bit. No problems getting paid, although they rarely meet
my fees these days.

I have done work for them off and on for several years. Payment has never been a problem.
Good luck to you.
Harry

I have been closing for them for about 6 years. I accept their closings every time that I can. They are very easy to work with. They always pay. They meet my fee.

Great company to work for but seldom wants to pay over $75, esp. in saturated areas.

They are linked to a major title company - Nations Title and Texas Nations Title.

They also go under a different name when they are not handling Nations' deals. That's the main thing I don't like about them is that they are not totally transparent, IMHO. I also think they are pretty bad about low fees--MY OPINION ONLY.

The "alias" named company calls me to ask me to do the job when they realize I am going to insist on more than $100. Apparently NSC wants to keep the notary fees down and keep it a secret that they can pay more than $60 - $75.

Nice people, fast pay, lowballing these days.
