No Pay, A & M Closings, Mission Viejo, CA

I did a signing for A&M Closings, Mission Viejo, CA on January 21, 2007. As of today, March 28th, 2007, I have not been paid. I called them on March 1st to request payment from them and they told me to fax the confirmation sheet to them which I did. Since then after numerous attempts to call, I have not received payment or any response to my messages and they no longer answer their phones. Does anyone have any experience with this company? If you get a call from them, my suggestion would be, "Don't take the job."

(I'd swear I saw it here too...but ..) I did read *elsewhere* that they closed their doors in early March.
