Non-payment from Mobile Doc's in CA

I have an invoice from OCTOBER 2006 from Mobile Doc's in Riverside CA that I have not been paid on. Numerous phone calls with no answer. Numerous e-mails with no response. Does anyone know anything about them? Are they still in business??? I'm sure this is hopeless, but I thought I would give it one more shot...

I'm still waiting on payment from Sept. 1st, but the email I received shows the address for this "Mobile Doc's" in Wildomar, CA. Not sure if it's the same company or not.

I'm pretty sure Wildomar is located within Riverside County.

Funny I gave it one last effort to e-mail Mobile Doc's and again they said she would check on it (this is the 3rd time I have heard this). This is one company off my A list.... My husband does business in Riverside maybe he will have to drop in on them....

I had problems with them also. It took 4 months to finally get paid.

I got the same treatment as everyone else. Lots of ignored phone calls and emails. When I did manage to reach someone I got: "I'm looking into it ... , My partner has all the information ..., We'll call you back when we know something ..., etc."

No more excuses. I wrote a Demand for Payment letter and sent it by certified mail. In the letter I let the company know that I was turning the account over to collections, which I was really planning to do. There were some other things I said in the letter. They weren't threats. It was strictly business. I received payment the following week.

Unfortunately there is no way to share the letter that I wrote. But if you use that approach, be prepared to follow through. Give a deadline, and be prepared to turn the account over the day after the deadline. Know which agency you plan on working with, and have all of the information that you'll need. Keep good records.

I received a call from them on the day they received the certified letter. I was told that my check was lying underneath a stack of papers. For four months?

Anyway, good luck.

see message #178873. This company is co-run or owned by Kristy Alvarado and or Dave and Corrie German. Kristy uses the name Alvarado Signng Group, but the address is the ones shown as in Riverside or Wildomar. see post below too.
