NorthWest Escrow Services GBU? I've searched

Anyone know these folks? I've seen Northwest Title and Escrow.. I'm told these folks in Tukwila Washington are not affiliated with Northwest Title and Escrow. Anyone?

If they are affiliated in any way with Northwest Escrow Services out of Des Moines, WA, they're a good bunch to work for.
