OT: Help! Microsoft Word Problem

I am unable to print info to envelopes. I type info for the Delivery
& Return addresss. Envelope comes out blank. I have reloaded software,
still no print. Any suggestions? I am running Office 2000 on XP.

Check the printer under option, it's possible you didn't choose the correct feed position for the envelope.

Are you using standard fonts, ones your printer would have? If not, re-test with Arial or another standard font.

Is this a new problem? Have you been printing envelopes OK up to now?

Fonts selected is Arial. Feed selection is correct. I have four printers, unable to print envelopes only. This condition started last year after running Microsoft fix KB908531. It initial affected Excel & Word.

Microsoft Word Problem, Resolved! Pilot Error

I must of had one of my "Senior Moments". I failed to reset to #10 envelopes. Thanks folks for your replies.
