Pretty good James!

I'd venture to say tho, some notaries here could put together a very funny youtube video with all the twists and turns presented in a signing. Love the Law and Order sound.

Someone explain it to me, please!

Am I the only one who thought the video didn't make any sense? First a document on a sidewalk, then a "good cop/bad cop" demanding ID from a "suspect", then some guy saying all he wants is a signature, finally an office with the "suspect" signing documents while the "good cop/bad cop" watch, and finally the "notary" stamping the docs while reciting the date of expiration of his commission. It was confusing to me as the separate scenes weren't tied together well by the dialogue.

It is just a spoof of the TV show Law & Order, with the notaries as hard a$$es.
If you never watched the show, you probably won't understand the humor.
