Nope - my husband has royaties from a gas well there, and the exploration company that operates is anxious to buy his interest in the gas well (as well as all the others in the Mease family with interests in it) and I have a sneaking suspicion that something is going on with the land there and they need us all to sell out so they can make a bundle.
Paul in PA has called me and confirmed my suspicions My husband nor his brother are interested in selling
