I have a document that I need witnessed by a notary and stamped. Will pay $60 for your service. Caution. I have a reluctant party so it may take me an hour to convince the other party (my brother) to sign the document so know that you may be there from 8PM to 9PM to do this. Thanks
Since the posting is from a couple of weeks ago, I am wondering if a notary even contacted him. At least he was honest about convincing his brother, but I haven't decided if that is a good thing or a bad thing.
