ProLink Closings

Beware of doing any work for ProLink Closings. They don't pay. I did two closings for them in January 2007. They won't return phone calls or emails. I've found other notaries on the Internet with the same complaint.

2 Different ProLinks

Just for the record, ProLink out of San Jose, CA is a very fast paying signing service and Adam Babish is wonderful to deal with. I would hate for a great signing service to be confused with one who is a dreaded non-payer.

Don't confuse the two. Adam Babish at ProLink San Jose is the greatest. Fair, pays timely and is just great to work for. Can't speak for the other ProLink but don't mix apples and oranges because the San Jose ProLink is great.

I agree Prolink in CA is great to work for they pay fast and are easy to work with. Maybe posters should add the state next to the name of the signing companies, it seem that there are several that share the same name,

Great idea! I can think of a few other ss that go by the same - or nearly the same name. It's also a good idea to ask them where they're located (at minimum) when accepting assignments.

yes ... it's Vera Hayes at Prolink who obviously doesn't look at this site... I am still owed for one from December... I have left numerous messages both on her personal vm and at their office... also, I tried faxing my invoice to the fax # on their site and it doesn't go through. I know other's who have sent certified letters to be paid and they have been returned... sounds like they are no longer in business... fortunately, I only ever did one for them and no more.
