RTC Form question.

I have a signing tomorrow and the RTC forms is missing the part where it show "where" to cancel if they decide to do it. The part where you are suppossed to mail your cancellation is blank. Now what? Any opinions are welcome.

Thank you.

If it were me, I'd contact the SS or the preparer of the documents (they're usually listed somewhere in the documents) and ask for a corrected RTC. Without complete instructions, the document is worthless to the borrower.

Bad scan?

Was this e-docs or an overnight package?

Check with the lender or TC - someone may have screwed something up on their side. If the loan requires an RTC, you can't complete the signing without it (along with the proper number of borrower copies).
