Re: Angels on the Run / No-Pay Syndrome...

....I did a signing for Angels on the Run on Dec 7,2006 & I am having a heck of a time getting the payment from them. I have emailed, re-faxed invoices, & called Maureen but to no avail. She doesn’t return my calls or acknowledge my messages. I know they have a 'golden' reputation here & the NNA did a glowing & very flattering article on them recently but they sure have not been dealing with me in a way that that reputation would suggest.

& The assignment was rather confusing - - - I wasn’t informed of all the extensive faxbacks required until after I completed the signing. As I told Maureen at the time-- ‘How can I follow your directions if you don’t tell me what they are?’ I suppose I should have ‘known’, osmotically I suppose, just what those requirements were.

Any suggestions for getting paid from them? I am getting tired of the effort involved & sure don’t want to go the collections / small claims route. (Maybe Maureen will reply to me here, in this forum, rather than actually returning any of my communiqués -- - - who knows?! )

You might try filing a complaint with the BBB - it's worked

for me with other bad apples. Funny, one would think one could trust 'Angels,' but see how they run!

You can place a lien on property the cost is about $25.00, the property owners won't be able to sell or get a loan on the property with out paying off the lien. Good LUCK
