SIGNATURE PLUS in Irvine CA can't be trusted

Sorry to say SIGNATURE PLUS does not honor their contract in any way. I haven't been burned by very many "notary brokers" but this one really takes the cake. BEWARE!

SIGNATURE PLUS - Check out the BBB

I signed three loans during during the month of September, 2006, and was never paid for any of them. I recently contact the escrow to find out if anything was wrong with the signing, and they assured me all three loans closed. Melody Johnson is the owner. Check out the Better Business Bureau. She is well documented for this business practice. Just for the record Michael from NY told me how to collect from SOX, maybe it will work with Signatures Plus too.

Katrina, How were you told how to collect from SOX?? Have you ever placed a lien on the borrowers property? I need help collecting from Coast 2 Coast they are not paying.

Why would you do that? The borrower isn't the one who owes you money.
