Sample Loan Doc Website

Ok you all, I did search before asking this question. Does anyone know the website to access sample loan docs ? I tried several key words. Also, I have been trying to log in to Notrot all day on my main computer. The message I get is the system is down for maint which will take about 20 mins. I read and responded to a previous post. What is the cache?

Thank you in advance for your help

Tony V: Nice Site!

It looks very professional. The chart of fees makes things very clear and easy to find. Do you really charge $25 PER SET of printed docs? That is, $25 for the lender's copy plus $25 for the borrower's copy? That's what the chart looks like.

Please consider removing the underlining of everything that is not a clickable link. As has been stated elsewhere (in addition to this Forum), when people see underscored text they expect it to be a link to another Page or another place on the same Page.
