Signing Companies

Hi Folks,

I have been signing up with companies that you give high compliments on, however, I need more.

I'm not new to the field, but am looking at you seasoned folks for guidance on good companies.

Looking for guidance on who/where the good companies are? So is everyone else. I'm sorry but asking for handouts, regardless if you are new or not, isn't going to work. Especially now that business is slowing significantly.

I would recommend doing the old fashion google title co. search and sending out postcards, cold calling, etc. in your targeted areas. That's pretty much how we all develop our client list over time, besides getting that phone call directly from a Title Co. or lender when they need us and find us on NotRot, and then landing them as a regular.
