Speedy Closing of NJ

If you are having problems with no or slow payment by Speedy Closings in NJ. And the title company was Fiserv, you can call Kathy Jud at 1-800-842-8423. She is with Fiserv's vendor management department and let her know your situation.

Did you speak with Frank?

He has been up front with me in the past and I've had no issues with them. If you look @ there confirms it will take 45 days or longer per the wording.

I have my own arrangement with Frank and he has stuck to his word with me. I guess because I'm in NJ that may also help.

Re: Frank's the BEST!

So are you saying, only talk to Frank and not Ron?

Re: Frank's the BEST!

I have no problem with these folks at all. Never have. A gentle reminder now and then if payment gets a little slow always works for me. They are very nice people to work with.

Had no problem with them. When I accepted closing I told them I was concerned re: pymt due to what I had read here. They paid me through the HUD so I received pymt in 2 weeks.

I did many signings for Frank in the past and never had a problem with payment. Depends on which day of the month your signing is, it could take up to 60 days as payment is cut at end of the following month.

I'll come to Frank's defense.

He called me one dark night a couple of years ago as I was driving home from a signing.

He told me when he'd pay me and he did. He never missed a beat.

Did more than a dozen for him and always got paid per what he told me in the first place.

Then things changed and no more calls...and I haven't heard from Speedy in over a year.

Pan/nd...

Same thing happened here, I heard he lost a big contract due to notaries who didn't read the payment terms then ended up calling TC.
