Split signing

I had a split signing yesterday. Mr borrower was in one state, property in another state and Mrs and I are in a third state. I doubt if the the deed will record. The notary that handle Mr borrower, wrote in the Venue for the state and county of the property, not the state where she was doing the signing. Never crossed thru Mrs name on the Ack to indicate she did not notarize her signature. She signed the Acks and indicated below her name the county and state where the signing took place. I let my signing company know, but another company had handled that side of it.
