Stay away from Nationwide

Stay away from Nationwide Signing Agency out of LIVONIA, MI. Another deadbeat! Did a job for them early Jan. Said payment sent on the 7th of Feb. nothing, I called and resured me payment would be sent, nothing. After many and emails that hvae unansered, I sent final email;

Abe,

DON"T BE A DEADBEAT SS!

The attached invoice is 60 days past due. Please remit at once. If I don't here from you in 24 hours I will assume that you have no intention to fulfill your obligation. Therefore I will take the next step.

Contact and make a complaint against your company to the BBB.

List you as a deadbeat with all the notary web-sites I belong to, so that they are aware you don't pay.

That was four days ago,NOTHING.

File a small claims action against signing company and title company. They will pay you in a hurry.

I have a question on this, as I also have a company I reported to the BBB, but want to tke it further. Do I file the claim in my state of Fla. or in Cal. where the company is. I have also seen here that many of you advise contacting the AG. Will this be for the county where the company is? I know this sounds silly , but would just like clarification on this. Thank you to all that answer in advance. I have to say this is THE best forum.

Hi Jeff in NJ. Thank you for Clarifying that this was Nationwide Signing Agency. My name is Sandra Lee, andI am my partner, own and operate "Nationwide Closing Connection", and we as we.., are out of Michigan, only we are right outside of Midland, MI, and have been in operation for 4 years + now, and we pay at 30 days, give or take a day or two due to the weekend, holidays, ect., but always within say 32 days. I just want to clarify to everyone that we are not the company that you are referring too.
