Supreme Lending, Sacramento

Hi everybody,

Just got word that Supreme Lending out of Sacramento, Ca. is being taken to small claimes court for not paying SS as well as Notaries. Several Notaries have been contacted to produce line items of Journal entires to prove signings took place.

With Calif laws, the only way proof can be offered is if the Notaries knows the name and can look up the DOT in their journal.

This could be VERY messy. Alot of SS have been good about paying their Notaries then waiting to be paid by the Lenders.
