Just got a confirmation from them (faxed? fax says "Atlantic Pacific Mortgage" also says "SureClose Services LLC" 302 Fellowship Rd. #120 Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Did a search here & Notary Beware...nothing? Guess I'll give them a chance and see?

SureClose is the newly evolved paperless closing process from Stewart Title. It's paperless signing, but notarization still being done on hard copy.

I used SureClose at the last Title Company I worked at. Great system. Title Company posts their package on the internet and we can go and pick up when it is released.

All this sounds very familiar to me. They say they use Doc Magic for the doc's I KNOW I've used them before, as I have DocMaster (reader) on my computer. I know I've worked with Stewart title in the past. It was the address in NJ that threw me off, Plus there 's a SuretoClose, and a SearchtoClose, etc. etc. Anyway...Thanks for all the information.

Just an update. I did a closing for them 3/19, got the check 4/6. Easy to work with. Take all you can get from these people.
