Re: Are you writing a contract?

No, I'm inquiring about people who are not getting paid. What are your alternatives or terms of aggreement to get paid. What is the longest time to wait before you just give up?

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean accepting additional work from someone who already owes you money and hasn't paid in a reasonable time? If so, my terms and conditions would be simple - pay me what you owe me first.

It makes absolutely no sense to do more work and send more invoices to a client already in arrears - if they haven't paid the earlier ones, what makes you think they will pay the new ones??

Yes, I'm here. I just want to know what a notary personnel next step. What are your options if someone doesn't pay for the service? Of course you wouldn't accept more jobs from them, but you still expect to get paid? Right! Do you have an alternative to speed up the process of getting paid immediately?

I won't options from anybody out there. I might have a solution to protect you all.

Re: So, what does "I won't options from anybody" mean?

I know almost all of you work independently. So, do just let them get away with not paying? Or you just settle and not do business with them ever again. Or just take it as a part of doing business/lost. Just want feed back on people who are tired of not getting paid.

Re: Dear Profit Crusader; are you advertising?

It just seems like alot of people are not getting paid. No need to advertise. I could call directly, but wanted more infomation from this particular industry.

Re: "I might have a solution to protect you all." Not an ad?

I. Advertising

Do not advertise your own products or services without prior approval. Most advertisements are not relevant to most users and are therefore wasted space.

Do not advertise competing websites, directly or indirectly, without prior approval. We spend thousands of dollars per month to advertise our service for your benefit. We would rather not be paying to advertise for the benefit of our competitors. This includes sites like 123 and goMobile.
