I just looked you up and you're in Fort Bend. I am pretty much out of the full-time business and working for a R.E. lawfirm...so, I don't have a lot of time to assist... but I do figure after what your county's been through (the Whitaker trial) I can't *not* try to help a little. What a heartbreaking situation. My son knew Bart once upon a time...but I digress...

You've got a little competition in those parts I'd guess, and things are slowing down a bit in Texas.

However, if you have your mind set on this, start by reading Message #33325. I also have a little bit more info in a free book which you can reach by looking at my profile. A link is in my profile near the end.

Once you've read these things I have mentioned and have a grasp on the questions to ask, this board will be really helpful in trying to help you out.

Be as specific as possible when you have questions. Most of them have been answered on this board...especially the general ones...try using the search button as much as possible. If you'd like, email me a little bit of info on what you did before you decided to get into this. That will help me be able to help you a little. Don't be put off if I don't get right back to you as my eyes get really tired by the end of the days sometimes...I will answer my email, though.
