U.S. Closers..

I have been getting alot of calls and emails from other Signing Agents asking my opinion on U.S. Closers. Most of the question are "how is the payment history?"
U.S. Closers payment history with me is not so good. I did a signing for them on 2/9/07 and 2/27/07. Plus I also had a print fee charge that has not been paid. I have spoke with Mike and Trevor and they say half of the agents are getting paid on time and the other half is not. I know that these 2 men are very smart and they know the business. However IMO when your agents are not getting paid, you are at the risk of being concidered a NO,NO company to work with.

I did one for them on Friday, this will be my first completed assignment for their company. I will give them one shot to pay on time, and if not, they will be added to my NO, NO list. Wonder how they decide who gets paid on time, maybe flip a coin??? We'll see how it goes. I did add on my invoice that if payment was not received before 45 days, title company, lender and other notaries will be notified.
