Bankruptcy processing? Anyone ever do anything with that?

Then there was the commercial loan "school." What about when Certified Signings put on their classes in Houston to teach you how to do signings on commercial loans.

And, AnnieMae...anyone find that to be useful?

Brenda, I was contacted by Gary Drury and he wanted to interview me regarding the inspections I do. I talked to him about what I do and then he tried to get me to join the notary and bankruptcy site and I told him I was so busy and that I prefer doing inspections. I do not have to make I inovice all my inspections at the end of the month and my inspection money will be in the bank tonight by direct deposit on the 15th like clockwork. I do not care to invoice attorneys for my work and beg to be paid, been there, done that, had to take one to court and I won. My work has only increased, it has gone up 300%
since January.
