While waiting for the phone to ring....

Since lenders are dropping like flies and no more sub-prime loans, does anyone know of or have any suggestions of something that I can get into (using internet) to do while waiting for the phone to ring that is legitimate? I live in a rural part of AZ and there are alot of foreclosures. I think the services of a NSA will become very slim! Thanks everybody.

Where there are pre-foreclosures or foreclosures,
(at least in Southern California), there are always investors
standing in line to buy. So in my opinion, there will still be a
need for signing agents (as well as loan officers, real estate
brokers, title abstractors etc. . .).

Also, have you thought about finding investors (not only in
Arizona but across the country, or in neighboring states such as
California and Nevada) for these foreclosed properties?

If you haven't already done so, have you also thought about
getting your real estate license? What about medical billing?

Research, research, research! There is so much out there!

Yea, that's what we need...another realtor in Arizona! You cannot make it in real estate waiting around for the phone to ring, either.
