Why is next Wednesday the 21st so busy?

This past week I only had 2 sigings compared to my normal steady flow. Now everybody wants next Wednesday, all during the day and all over NW Montana.
The way I understand it the 21st is not the EOM but close to it. Does anybody know what is so special about next Wednesday? Have a GREAT St. Pattys day.
