World Savings Bank

I did a closing for this lender last night. On the mortgage's notary acknowledgment page it said to "tape notary acknowledgment here". Does that seem right? What if it falls off? I was thinking maybe I should just attach it as a separate page. Gonna call TC this morning when they open up. Just wanted your opinions.

Just enclose it... let the TC do the taping. I close World loans often and have never taped it to the mortgage, as my county will not record it that way. Never an issue. :o)

I use a full size page attachment and simply enclose it with the mortgage. I don't tape or staple it, nor do I use the one that they sometimes provide in the package. I always use my own and complete the annotation section at the bottom to show what document the loose certificate is to be 'attached' to.
