loansignersinc

Is anyone getting paid by them yet? I keep getting emails for signings so someone is doing them and getting paid. I talked to Chris and he assured me that my check would be cut today. Just wondering if they got things straightened out or what

got an email today, 2 closings in my area for next week..In his email he states if payment for serives is over due to contact his accounting dept. LOL... yeah sign me up for that free work. I'm sure someone in my area will do it and kick themself after they realize payment won't be in till winter time if that.

Believe it or not I also am the proud owner of an e-mail offering work. I too replied that I'd be happy to do it if they would O/N the $175 they've owed me for over 6 months. Not to shock anyone but I got a reply: You didn't turn in an invoice for XYZ. My reply: That's because I didn't do order XYZ. Didn't hear another peep, of course.

I was actually paid for an overdue invoice. I thought for sure I wasnt going to see it, but it did come. I only did the one signing for them and then steered clear.
Good luck to everyone else on getting paid. I hope they do come thru for you.

Lisa:

May I ask a couple of questions? If so, when did you do the signing and when did you get paid? I'm curious about the time line, trying to put something together that I heard today but don't want to comment until I've got all my ducks in a row. Thanks!

I also got an email regarding a signing in my area, as well as the statement about contacting his accounting department. I replied back that I have been waiting for payment since September. I received a reply offering me a "settlement" of 40% of what they owe me. If I would agree to this, my check would be cut within 7 business days. I did not accept and, in fact, replied to their "offer". What does anyone else think of this? I received a reply from Chris saying many notaries are taking them up on their offer and continuing their working relationship. Comments?

You actually spoke with someone at loansignersinc? All I ever get is a recording.
What phone # do you have for them? I would like to get paid too.

Re: loansignersinc-Dennis

If your asking me, I never spoke with anyone about my overdue invoice. They had sent me an email stating I was going to be receiving my payment. And I did.

Do you still have to pay to sign up with them?

"Experience is what you get when you don't get paid" and I was wondering if you had to still pay for this "experience?"

Re: loansignersinc--Bad news

Very questionable company. Also, I had a signing that did not complete. I looked through the documents and check them with our state requirements. I beleive LSI's out of state client my not be in compliance with my states rules. While most signing companies cannot monitor all the clients and loans, it concerned me to the point that I do not want to do business with them. When the loan goes bad, the lawsuits start to fly and you can get dragged in. There is enough business out there without this desperate business.

Loansigner's business model is a low ball offer put out to desperate notaries to compete for the lowest price. Then you have to go through all the hassles of not getting paid, writting emails and then an offer of 40% of the cut throat price.

Perhaps you should accept the order and then no show. I think that would teach LSI a lesson and send a message to their client that either LSI's is too cheap or that the client is paying too little.

To Joan and David:

Nope, for me I did not pay to get into their data base. I'd really be pi$$ed off if I paid to get...nevermind. And to David, I know there is in fact a company out there called LSI, I'm not in their data base because they send you about 25 docs they want signed and returned but I do know they are different companies. I too was offered 40% of the total owed yesterday and I will NOT be accepting it. Chris is the only one that hasn't paid me since I began doing this work and what really frosted me is that he's paying current SA's on time, I know this because some have been kind enough to tell me. His website says there's only 30% of us left that he's not paid, obviously that 30% are the ones that have turned him into the BBB and other state departments in the attempt to stop his runaway train. He's deeply concerned about his reputation, I don't blame him I would be too and I'm not saying that to be a smart aleck. The problem as I see it is he's selectively paying SA's depending on how well we follow his instructions about "don't call us, don't hassle us, don't take this outside, don't don't DON'T". To Chris I would like to say that eventually you'll get so sick of me you'll pay me my full balance just to shut me up. I will continue to tell the truth about your business ethics on this board and on the seven other boards I'm a member of. I'm from another generation, you know the one...the actions speak louder than words generation. You're from the info commercial generation, you know the one, the baffle them with BS generation.
