Re: poa please help!
Most, if not all out-of-state acks and jurats are not CA compliant. You need to attach a loose cert. The affiant is the person who appears before you. It would be wise for you to study your SOS guide thoroughly and read, read, read. Starting with #33325 on this board. There is a wealth of information here.

Re: poa please help!
You may also want to purchase the CA compliant jurat stamp available on this site. I have found many of the packages, even from CA companies, do not have compliant wording but there is often room for this stamp. If not you just need a loose jurat form for CA.

Nebraska is one of those states that I have on my "odd" list. Mostly to do with their Seal requirements. Any shape or size is OK! So an outline map of the state or the profile of your favorite pet will work fine as long as you include your name, State if Nebraska and the words "General Notary".
Attach a California All purpose Acknowledgment to it and note the attachment on the POA.
Cheers
