somewhat OT ~ fingers crossed!
I had a great interview with a small, family owned title company this morning. They have a great attitude towards their customers AND employees. They'd expect me to close all of my own loans - which I'd do anyway. I really do love sitting at the table with buyers... especially first time buyers. Its a great feeling to put somebody into their new home.
Fingers crossed! I hate to walk away from closing loans on my own, but I just can't support my family. I'll know something by tomorrow evening....
