A new record for me (several times I've had 7 signings in one week but never this many). Did four yesterday, three on line for today.

And the week's not over yet.

12 for me which is a new record. It was 11. A little bit of hope for us. Ive been seeing alot of fixed rates where last year it was alot of ARM's. Keep up that marketing you LO's!

its got to come back around. Thinking about it logically, if were not busy, neither are the LO's or title comps. Im quite sure they are scrambling to get the loans out there. At least thats what I am hoping for.
