Anyone have trouble collecting from Docuservusa?

Signing was scheduled for April 10 and as of May 24, still no payment. This was a trip fee (signing cancelled at the table 1/2 hour into the signing). Absolutely no response either by e-mail or phone. WTH? Anyone?

They have to be invoiced and a few times I have forgotten to do this. They pay 30 days from receipt of your invoice.

I too am waiting for an April 10 signing payment...I contacted them last week, and then again this week. They contacted me yesterday and gave me a check number and advised that check was mailed out that date. This year, I have done a total of 3 signings with them and the record (up to now) was 50 day and 36 day payment. They are now at 44 days out from this last payment.

I had to keep chasing them for payment also. It was right at 90 days before I got paid. The owner said it was just a fluke and that they'd been really busy, but I still have removed them from my list. Anything over 60 days is too long to wait for payment.
