If they are east of Columbus in Pataskala I did one for them 1 month ago. They say their pay schedule is 45 days. Hopefully that is true.

Only real old experience. Did 2 couple years ago. Paid within 45 days. But, tried giving me the old "if you'd reduce your fees, we can give you lots of volume" line. Not in rural Arkansas, you can't--so watch 'em.
