Have any of you had an email from this group and did you investigate to see what it is all about? Are they just a multlevel group? And do they charge for the services?

I have an affiliate account with them: Jr. rep is free, Sr. rep is $495.
You can't participate until you go through their phone "training", however, most of them are during peak closing times, and IME, they are often canceled and R/S.
I haven't done the training yet, and have a hard time scheduling myself off because of the
cancelations.
I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has been successful with them.

I have done the phone training and have done 3 foreclosure deals. They were Purchases that I did 2 years ago at a Condo conversion project. You do not have to upgrade to LM2 to make money.
