DOC SIGNERS, ARIZONA

Does anyone have recent experience w/ this ss? I got a call earlier for a signing tonight, close to my home, offered $125 for a simple refi, and even said if I had a paypal account I could get paid immediately.

This sounds too good to be true (the immediate pymt part)...any thoughts?

So the $35 registration fee is worth while?

In 2 years I have yet to pay a registration fee to a company...are you saying that the volumn is there to justify this admin fee?
