Debt Collection - "endorsed" by NNA

Has anyone had any experience using the Debt Collection company - for collection on unpaid fees? LSI has stiffed me - and when I look onto the BBB website - they are listed as "unsatisfactory".
Can anyone please advise - what YOU find to be the best approach. BBB will not respond to notaries for fees paid, and the State AG Office- is not responsive either. H-E-L-P

Do you mean Loan Signers Inc???

LSI a division of Fidelity does pay their signing agents. Loan Signers Inc has had bad reviews on this and other message boards.

Wow! never had a problem with them paying me, and I did signings for them for 6 years. Maybe since it appears California is doing their vendor management things have changed.
Have you called them? The only time I did have a problem I called Tina that had assigned the closing to me and she had me fax an invoice to someone named Holly and I got the check about a week later. How long ago did you do the signing?

I have had no experience with the NNA debt collectors, sorry.

The only time I had trouble collecting from LSI, was when they insisted on bgc. Once I allowed them to do the bgc (which they paid for), I was paid almost immediately all monies due.

If they allowed you to do the signing without a background check, then they should have paid you without the background check.

Over the past 2+ years I have done many signing for LSI (East, West & North) and never had a problem with payment. They don't pay as well as some of my other clients but I take the signings anyways because I always felt comfortable that I would get paid.

Since LSI West now handles all the payments for LSI East (PA), they are having terrible problems. I know first hand. I have been fighting for months to collect thousands. The main contact is Anya Coultas, [e-mail address]. Her number is (800) 756-3524 ext. 5066. You have to bug, bug and bug. They will pay. Hope this helps.
